Installation guide – luggage net for the Lovens Explorer

Install your luggage net easily using the supplied bolts and spacers. The net has one mounting eyelet on each side at the bottom.

What you need

• 2 supplied longer Loxx bolts
• 2 supplied black plastic spacers
• 2 supplied small black bolts

How to install the luggage net

1. Remove the rain cover
   If a rain cover is fitted, remove it from the bike first.

2. Fit the longer Loxx bolts
   Remove the two existing Loxx bolts at the front of the bike, if fitted. Then install the supplied longer Loxx bolts. Place a black plastic spacer between each bolt and its mounting point.

3. Uncover the mounting holes in the floor
   Use the frontmost, outermost holes in the floor of the Lovens Explorer: one on the left and one on the right. These holes often still have blanking plugs fitted. Remove the plugs before attaching the net.

4. Attach the bottom of the net
   Position the mounting eyelets over the uncovered holes in the floor. Insert a small black bolt through each eyelet and screw it into the corresponding floor hole.

5. Attach the top of the net
   Pull the two elastic loops of the luggage net over the Loxx bolts.

Ready to use!
Check that both mounting eyelets are securely fastened and that the elastic loops sit securely around the Loxx bolts.
