Delivery in the Netherlands and abroad

For the delivery we work together with Fietskoeriers.nl.

A bicycle courier from Studio Vollebak takes the package to the 'hub', a bicycle courier location on the outskirts of Nijmegen. There it is sorted and then a bicycle courier delivers it to the delivery address. If the package has to go to another city, it will be taken from the bicycle courier location by green gas car to a national sorting center of Fietskoeriers.nl. Once sorted, it goes to the hub in the delivery city. The last piece is again for the bicycle courier.

 

If your delivery address is outside the national coverage of Fietskoeriers.nl or abroad, Fietskoeriers.nl will deliver with green gas cars or via one of their delivery partners.

 

We strive to prepare your order for delivery within two working days , after which it will be delivered to the delivery address the next working day within the Netherlands. As soon as your order has been prepared for delivery by us, you will receive the track & trace details of your package by e-mail.
